About This Activity
This class is for students in the 2-year-old 3-year-old preschool classes. FCDS has partnered with OMagination Yoga for kids to provide opportunities for your preschool to explore their mind-body connection in kid-friendly ways. With OMagination Yoga, animated poses and basic stretching exercises promote strength, flexibility, coordination, and body awareness. Breathing and visualization techniques teach children how to focus, relax and develop self-control. And our games and animated postures help kids learn about animals, nature, and body awareness through yoga play. IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT REFUNDS, & VIRTUAL LEARNING. We regret that we cannot refund registration fees once paid. Makeup lessons for group classes, will not be available. Should FCDS transition to remote virtual learning, the school will assess its After School Enrichment programs to determine if they can be offered virtually. If a program cannot transition to a virtual platform, refunds will be issued accordingly. If a session continues virtually, then no refunds nor partial refunds will be processed in the event of this transition if a participant wishes not to continue to finish the session virtually.
