About This Activity
Have an itch to run away and join the circus? Search no further! This 7 year and older, 60-minute class is similar to our Tigers classes, only instead of bars/rings, students will focus on the circus arts, such as Lyra, balancing, hooping, and juggling, as well as floor, trampoline, vault, beam, mushroom, and p-bars. Upper body and core conditioning will also take precedence in this unique combination of gym & circus arts. A USAG certified and circus arts trained coach will guide students of any level through appropriate and safe skills that will feed both their love for gymnastics and the circus arts. This class is the best of both worlds! So come on in and join the show!
