This gentle meditation in motion brings stillness to the mind, while improving muscle strength, joint health and balance. Tai Chi improves energy flow through the body, encouraging circulation of blood, lymph and synovial fluid, enhancing wellness in many aspects. Chair-based students are also welcome.
