This class is especially designed for boys and girls interested in learning the gymnastic art of tumbling. The building blocks of tumbling are instructed in a progressive manner utilizing a variety of drills, techniques, and equipment including our trampoline, Tumbl-Trak, spring floor, and tumbling strips. Strengthening, conditioning, and flexibility activities are also included to develop the skills necessary for promotion to Tumbling Advanced. We track skill progression every session and formally evaluate each child in May, August, and December. If your child masters the skills before the formal evaluations occur, your child's instructor will recommend the next level. (JM)
