Wine Country CrossFit
Teen Weightlifting is a step up from CrossFit Teens. This class is a strength and conditioning program for 13-17 year olds where they gain strength, flexibility, and improve their overall fitness while having fun. The program combines age-appropriate weightlifting (barbells, kettlebells) with gymnastics movements to create strength and agility. Proper weightlifting techniques are taught under the watchful eye of our CrossFit Kids Certified Trainers. In addition to increasing physical prowess, this class boosts self-esteem both in and outside of the gym.
Please come in clothes that you can move in and bring water to drink.
