Stage 2 (Water Movement):
In this stage, students focus on body position and control, directional change, and forward movement in the water while also continuing to practice how to safely exit in the event of falling into a body of water. Students in this stage focus on developing basic skills to propel and glide through the water with instructor help and learn basic aquatic safety skills.
Stage 3 (Water Stamina):

Swimming skills are not required for this level of swimming lessons. These lessons are specifically for Adults 18&Up who have the desire to learn to swim or have little to no mastery in the water. The lessons are small group to provide a relaxed learning atmosphere.
What Do I Need:
Students must wear a swim suit at all times. We recommend a swim shirt to keep the student protected from the sun or cool weather.
