About This Activity
Participants will get an introduction to lacrosse, learning the fundamentals of the game to begin developing their skills. Players will learn strategies, spatial awareness, and skill acquisition through fun competition and small sided games. StokedSports believes in character development through sports. Teamwork, cooperation, and sportsmanship will be emphasized and encouraged throughout each class. We hope to see you there!
