Welcome to our yoga club for 4 and 5 year olds! We offer a fun and enriching yoga experience designed specifically for young ones. Our goal is to introduce the benefits of yoga at an early age, encouraging flexibility, focus and inner calm in children. The yoga sessions are adapted to their developmental level, with simple postures, creative games and breathing exercises that promote body awareness and coordination. In our warm and caring atmosphere, children will be able to explore their imagination, build confidence and learn techniques to relax and refocus.
