About This Activity
The U14 FT program has the goal of developing fundamentally proficient skiers with an emphasis on ski racing technique and tactics, along with all other training domains. Athletes will continue to build a broad fundamental base while taking a deeper dive into SL, GS and SG technique and tactics. Programing includes but is not limited to, all mountain skiing, directed free skiing and a variety of discipline specific training and competition. The U14 program typically represents a critical transition from middle school to high school, along with an increased commitment and preparation to advance into the U16 program. Athletes will have the opportunity to train six days a week in season along with participating in the U14 November project in Vail, CO. FT U14s will have the opportunity to train five days a week. FT U14s will be expected to have a greater sense of commitment and discipline Resort season pass is included in the cost of the program.
