Description
So, you know some shimmies, now what? Now you drill! If you don’t, come join us anyways.This class is a great 30-minute quick workout that anyone can join for a fun fitness class. Improves flexibility, coordination and balance. Hadia starts with a 10-minute stretch and gets the heart pounding by drilling basic belly dance techniques. Ideal for beginners and advanced dancers. This class is complimentary to anyone enrolled in the beginner’s class and included in advanced class. We dance barefoot and form fitting clothing is recommended. For respect to the instructor and other students’ video and spectators are prohibited.
We will be dancing barefoot, therefor, please no socks as it increases the risk of slipping.
Drop ins are available with instructor approval prior to participating
