We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Thursday, February 27, 2020.
Beginning Students: We'll focus on discipline, elementary karate skills (blocks, kicks and stances), history, philosophy, flexibility, muscular and cardiovascular development and basic Japanese language. This gives the student a good foundation for advancement to a more complex and demanding training schedule.
Intermediate Students: This class begins the deeper study of kata (form), self-defense techniques and advanced kicking and punching.
Classes are Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays and are taught by internationally ranked 7th degree Okinawan black belt David Rogers and 6th degree Okinawan black belt Michelle Rogers of Shorin-Ryu Karate.
Your karate uniform (GI) is included with monthly registration and the payment of the annual registration of $50/family payable to instructor Michelle Rogers.
