Who's it for? Children two to five years old and their favorite grownups.
What will you do? You and your child will share simple yoga poses, book, stories, songs, and rhymes in a fun, interactive program.
What will we learn ? Learn how yoga and movement can help you and your child practice early literacy skills and learn social-emotional skills.
Please remember to bring your own yoga mat or towel.
