As part of Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Pennsylvania's 134 year history of serving Western Pennsylvania’s youth, our Before & Afterschool programs keep our young people on track academically and ensure access to a supportive and enriching environment, positive mentoring, impactful programs, meals and services, and most importantly fun while meeting the needs of working families in our community. Let's head back to school better than ever! Guided by our trained instructors in both evidence based, custom created, and Boys & Girls Clubs of America curriculum, our Before & Afterschool program offers playful, age appropriate opportunities for ALL children including daily STEM rotations, arts, fitness & recreation, computer skills, tutoring, literacy, robotics, and leadership training! BGCWPA has adopted a licensed model which follows all PA Chapter 3270 Regulations and allows families access to Child Care Works (Subsidized funding for high quality childcare). Our Clubhouse directors and staff are available to support families with applications and CCW funding paperwork. All paperwork must be completed before your child’s first day of programming. All children qualify to attend our programs regardless of family income with CCW funding, payment plans, member-sibling discounts, scholarships, employee discounts, and military discounts available. Cancellations made for BGCWPA programs by a parent/guardian less than 14 days prior to the program start date are non-refundable. Cancellations made for BGCWPA programs by parent/guardian more than 14 days prior to the program start date will be refunded minus a 25% cancellation fee, based on the program fee. If BGCWPA cancels any program due to low enrollment, a refund may be requested.
