This activity is closed to further registration.
This class is for swimmers who have passed Swim Level IV to bridge from Red Cross stroke techniques to competitive swimming techniques. In addition to stroke refinement swimmers will learn flip turns, how to use a pace clock, and starts from a block. Participants without the proper prerequisite skills will be moved to another program if available or refunded.
