New challenging workout that's fun and exciting. Bring the mind, body and breathing together inmement while learning the fundamentals of Pilates. Learn muscular control; core awareness, coordination, flexibility and posture. Comfortable clothing; no shorts. Bring padded mat & ball is optional. All levels welcome.
Instructor: Alison Klippel - Certified instructor in Barre, Pilates, Weight Training, Zumba and Group X.
