For the first time, The Heights is offering squash as a summer sport! Squash is one of the most dynamic and fastest growing sports in the US – and it is exploding at the junior level. Named by Forbes magazine as the US top ranked healthiest sport, squash provides a great cardio workout as well as the ideal basis for training in other sports. Squash is a fun activity that the whole family can participate in, and allows one to play for their entire lifetime. The Heights Summer Squash program caters to all levels of ability, and includes technical, physical, and mental training components. Sportsmanship and gentlemanly play also form a critical part of The Heights squash program. The Heights Summer Squash Program will operate in coordination with the Chevy Chase Squash Club and the experience of Coach Jim Masland.
