Welcome to the ADVANCED aerial yoga and mindfulness for students must be pre-approved for this class and ready for an extra challenge. Healthy foods like fruits and vegetables provide children with minerals and vitamins. These minerals and vitamins are converted to brain chemicals called neurotransmitters. Neurotransmitters are what make us feel calm, happy, and focused. This winter – engage in fun play-based activities, while learning ways to eat mindfully. Classes will also include aerial yoga, a healthy snack, mindfulness, art, and games. New poses! New Sequences and more FUN! We will explore more brain-based movement & mindful skills for life with an emphasis on creativity and sequencing in aerial yoga.
