Healthy foods like fruits and vegetables provide children with minerals and vitamins. These minerals and vitamins are converted to brain chemicals called neurotransmitters. Neurotransmitters are what make us feel calm, happy, and focused. This winter – engage in fun play-based activities, while learning ways to eat mindfully. Classes will also include aerial yoga, a healthy snack, art, and games. Your child will have fantastic time learning the introductory poses. Class instruction is modified to suit differing ages and ability levels. Our theme changes each session so children frequently take this course multiple times before moving on to mixed level and/or level two. Sessions are taught by Dr. Tracy, founder of Mindful Child Aerial Yoga and we limit our class size for optimal support and learning.
