Instructor: Karen Warr In this outdoor class at Dix Park, students build strength, flexibility and skill as they learn how to move their bodies in the safest, most efficient manner! To cultivate their understanding of the creative, expressive nature of dance alongside their technical skills, they also use improvisation to develop their own personal styles. NOTE: Please read through the COVID-19 Protocol on our website carefully. Students should meet at Dix Park’s Williams Field. Please use the restroom before arrival, wear sneakers and comfortable clothes to move in, and bring a water bottle and mask. In the case of bad weather, class will be held online via Zoom. There is NO CLASS MAR 31.
