Biology and Life Science - Middle School Ages 11-13 (Grades 6-8) This hands-on course takes students through the living world of biological creatures and concepts. We will begin small with cells, and slowly work our way through prokaryotes, eukaryotes, and other interesting topics. We will cover everything from cells to genetics, organisms, evolution, ecology, classification and so much more. There will be a weekly assignment to complete before every class. Instructor: Renee Charbonneau Renee is a former elementary school teacher who specialized in grades 2-8 and special needs. After many years as a teacher, she decided to homeschool her two children, now in 8th and 10th grade. Renee obsesses over all things Harry Potter, science, and history. She can't wait to ignite students' passion for learning!
