Ready to unleash your inner baker? Learn to decorate cakes in this fun, hands-on workshop for young dessert artists with some baking experience. Over four days, students will bake their own cakes, make buttercream, curds, and ganache for filling and decorating, practice covering cakes in buttercream and fondant, create fondant décor, and finish by decorating a custom cake to take home on the final dayScroll down for important program information.
ALL MATERIALS INCLUDED. Please bring a peanut-free snack, lunch, and a refillable water bottle. Please alert your instructor to any food allergies BEFORE the start of camp so we can plan accordingly. Please email robin@thecakerobin.com with any questions as all ingredients may not be specified in menu titles. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made during camp.
