About This Activity

Participants will develop solid boxing fundamentals and a base fitness level needed for the sport. Activities include: conditioning, endurance, basic footwork, shadow boxing, basic offensive and defensive techniques, strength training, and basic mitt work. Note: Please wear comfortable shoes and clothes. Additional fees may apply for personal equipment. Classes are not held on City observed holidays. Classes and times are subject to change. Registration is monthly. No class on 9/2, 10/14, 11/11, 11/28, 11/29, 12/24 & 12/25.

Refunds will be issued for cancelled events and/or classes only. Credits and transfers will be allowed if the PRCSD is notified prior to the second class meeting. Due to limited space and high demand, no refunds, credits or transfers will be given for Aquatics, Day Camps or After-School Programs. Online registration transaction fees are non-refundable.
