This intermediate gymnastics class is for students who were previously enrolled in the beginner class. Classes will open with warm-ups and stretching, teaching students the importance of flexibility. Students will learn a variety of exercises, including a one-handed cartwheel, handstand, bridge kickover, round-off, front walkover, back walkover and front handspring. Each class will include conditioning exercises and moderate cardio activities. Students will use authentic gymnastics equipment such as springboards and balance beams.
