BASEBALL 109 is our baseball training program for players who would like to elevate their overall skill sets in a team format for elite play. The season was short, canceled or you just didn’t get enough! Baseball 109 is a 5 week off season training and workout regiment that will make you better! In this team format, players will train twice weekly and then play a scrimmage game on Fridays complete with umpires! Our professional coaches will coach them up! We are talking speed and agility training, strength training, hitting and fielding training, arm care and velocity improvements and baseball IQ! This player team format program is designed to create a team atmosphere with a training camp flair. These baseball players will improve fitness, skill sets and learn this game at a higher level with more elevated drills and regiments! Players will work one-on-one with professional instructors to evaluate their level of play and where to add strength to any weakness in their game! Players will workout at their position and play in scrimmage games at their position each week, as well as compete with other players for positions. Pitchers and catchers can elevate their training and get on a arm care program that can make them great!
Participants must wear a mask, and bring a baseball glove and bat. Wear baseball pants and socks. Catchers must bring their own gear. $20 cash material fee payable to instructor on the first day. Players are responsible for packing their own lunch, snacks, and drinks. Lunch is available for delivery through Subway weekly for an extra charge payable to the camp director. Please bring hat, sunscreen, and plenty of water for hydration.
SMBA professional coaches are subject to availability and at the discretion of SMBA for any and all camps and classes.
