Description
Children will develop grace, confidence, rhythm and coordination as well as muscular strength and flexibility. Ballet barre stretches, center work, tap and jazz movement will be studied.
Attire: girls please wear a leotard and tights; boys please wear a solid colored top and dark shorts. All articles of clothing should be fitted but not tight or baggy. Bring ballet and tap shoes. Hair should be worn in a bun or pulled away from the face. $15 Dance Prop Kit fee due to the instructor on the first day (or $5 material fee if the kit was purchased in a previous session).

PRIORITY ONLINE REGISTRATION for Santa Monica residents begins Sunday, November at 1 a.m. Non-resident registration begins Wednesday, November 8 at 6 a.m. Online registration is required. Walk-in registration is not available.
REFUNDS/TRANSFERS - A $15.00 processing fee applies for each activity session refunded. Refunds will be prorated. Refund/transfer requests must be emailed to the Community Classes & Camps office at community.classes@santamonica.gov. Refunds will be issued only if requested within one day after the first class meeting. Material fees are not discountable and are nonrefundable.
REFUNDS FOR DUPLICATE/MULTIPLE ENROLLMENTS resulting from multiple registration submissions (at one or more offices or via online registration) will be subject to a $15.00 processing fee for each activity session refunded.
CANCELLED CLASSES: Makeups will not be offered for classes missed by the student. Programs are subject to cancellation if minimum enrollment is not met.
