About This Activity
From bookmaking to fashion to activist campaigns printmaking is an art form that has shaped our popular culture for hundreds of years. In this class we will explore screen printing, block printing, relief printing, mono printing, and eco printing. Artists can expect to work collaboratively on screen printed installations, design their own wearable accessories, and create their own edition of artist prints. Artists in this class will feel empowered to work both fast and slow, experiment and take risks. They will have the DIY skills to continue printmaking at home and will leave with a sense that printmaking is magic! Teaching Artist: Coco Allred
