*NEW* Gym Ninjas: (Parkour, Trampoline and Tumbling) *Ages 6 and up* No Class Dates: Monday, February 17th (Family Day) Tuesday, March 10- Monday, March 16 (No classes for SAGC Spring Flip Invitational Meet) Please note class prices have been adjusted to reflect these dates Parkour and Trampoline and Tumbling rolled into one! Parkour is an exciting adventurous free running sport. It teaches you the ability to get from one point to another in the most creative way possible. While the trampoline and tumbling portion of the class will teach you the basic fundamentals required to do this more creatively. These sports not only train your body but also your mind, you need to be both focused and patient. So, if you're an active boy or girl and would love to learn how to put these three great sports into one in a safe environment then this class is for you.
