About This Activity
If you are interested in volunteering for future camps, then Lead Week is a must! Join us for an exciting week where you will experience all the best camp activities while gaining the leadership skills that you need to volunteer at Camp this summer! Participants must be entering grade 10 or higher in the following year. Note: Attendance at Lead Week is mandatory in order to volunteer. Part of lead week training includes a kitchen orientation as all volunteers may be expected to help with kitchen duties including dishwashing and basic meal preparation and service. Decisions about volunteer assignments will be made based on camp needs, volunteer availability and experience. Generally, volunteers can expect to be given up to two week-long assignments. There may be opportunities for additional volunteer weeks. All volunteers must submit a copy of a Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector Search that has been completed within the past 6 months.
