Weekly Basketball Lessons Our weekly lessons are designed for the perfect skill building classes for students of any skill level. Students are sorted the first day into our 5 Star Development Levels. Students are sorted from beginner to advanced, getting specific goals and techniques to work on based on their skill level. During these weekly lessons athletes will learn a variety of fundamental basketball skills, from dribbling, shooting, passing, lay-ups, and alley-oops. Advanced students will learn positioning, strategy, and have specific feedback on improving their fundamental techniques. Our TAC Basketball program features character building, goal setting and leadership training, integrated into every student interaction. Weekly classes are designed in 6 to 8 week sessions for maximum learning from one skill level to the next. Mega Star Learning® is the form of learning implemented in all of our sports training. Lesson plans are structured to provide one drill followed by a short segment of game play with emphasis on the skill learned in the drill. This sequence is repeated continuously throughout the day. Mega Star Learning is a perfect mix between skill building and having fun! This strategy maximizes concentration, willingness to learn new skills, and retention of the learned material.
