About This Activity
Description
A non-impact, deep-water workout that builds endurance and strength with cardiovascular and muscular benefits. Participants wear flotation belts to remain buoyant while performing cardio and resistance sequences including lower, upper and full body movements.
Flotation belts, noodles or water weights are provided.
*Other equipment may be introduced at the instructor's discretion. *
