Whether you are new to Yoga or you want to take your practice to another level, this class is for you. Our Yoga class will use breath and alignment to build strength, posture and flexibility, identify ways to modify or intensify yoga poses and improve both on and off the mat. Yoga is also a great stress reliever with meditation included.
