About This Activity
Instructor: ACE Enrichment Welcome to the Culinary Arts where culinarians, artists and food-lovers come to create delicious edible creations. In Culinary Kids, we learn while we eat! Nutrition, preparation, presentation and flavors, we will explore new tastes and pairings, while perfecting our cutting and baking skills in a kid-friendly kitchen. From math to science, geography to culture, we will explore all the richness that comes with what has brought people together since the beginning of time — Great food. Please note that each group of students will rotate weekly to ensure they all experience an equal number of "hot" and "cold" days. During their assigned "hot" week, they will use the Secret Garden Kitchen to access the appropriate equipment. **For the safety and well-being of all participants, please be advised that this cooking class involves the use of a wide range of ingredients. Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate children with life-threatening food allergies at this time.**
