Thursday, 3/10/22: BO, Pimples, and Hair - Oh My!: Beginning the conversation on puberty together - what happens to all bodies in puberty.
Thursday, 3/17/22: Girl Bodies and Beyond: The unique parts of puberty experienced by people with body parts including breasts and uteruses. (This class is one hour, ending 7:30PM)
Thursday, 3/24/22: Boy Bodies and Beyond: The unique parts of puberty experienced by people with body parts including penises and testicles.
Thursday, 3/31/22: Being Together: Feelings, Friendships, Families: How our brains change in puberty, emotion regulation, healthy relationships.
Thursday, 4/7/22: Being Connected: Sex, Love, and Everything In Between: Attractions/crushes, sexual feelings and actions, sexual reproduction, decision-making. (This class is one hour, ending 7:30PM)

The book is not needed before class, nor used during class, rather it's supporting material. Books are mailed once monthly.
