If you are a varsity level athlete ready to take it to the next level this class is for you. Limited to 10 participants this three day per week program will focus on strength, speed, core strength, agility and cardio. Be ready to work, be committed as you prepare for your upcoming season. The program developed by three experienced coaches and trainers that have trained athletes for state level competition will challenge the athletes to help them reach their goals for their upcoming season. The 50-minute workouts will include a dynamic warm-up, burst cardio training, strength training, unilateral muscle training, core strengthening, and balance and stability exercises.
