About This Activity
Description
If you are 4th - 8th grade student looking to work on your strength, speed, agility, balance and core in a fun, encouraging environment this class is for you. Limited to 10 participants, we will work on the basics of athletic stance, muscle control and development to add more power into every step. We will work on unilateral training to create balance on both sides of the bottom and help with proper movement patterns to a goal on injury prevention. Workouts will be 50-minutes and include a dynamic warm-up, cardio training, strength and core to prepare these athletes for their club and school sports.
