The TKA summer football camp will be led by TKA Varsity Head Coach Keith Allen and his staff focusing on the fundamentals of the game. These fundamentals include proper footwork, catching skills, throwing skills, blocking skills, tackling skills, and sportsmanship. Each day will include individual instruction and sportsmanship training, along with team and individual competition. The camp coaches will include TKA varsity football players and coaches. Children will receive instruction in a competitive environment that will allow them to improve their skills and have fun. There will be a daily spiritual emphasis and an awards ceremony that parents may attend on the last day of camp. Each child will receive a camp T-shirt and certificate at the end of the week. Players will need to wear cleats, shorts, and athletic shirt each day. Competitions include: Punting, Passing, Kicking, Catching, Team Competition, and Obstacle Course Competition. Team and individual awards will be presented at the last day of camp.
