In the Little Dragons Program, children aged 6-7 years, enjoy learning to kick, punch, and block without falling down. Little Dragons grow their balance, self-control, and attention spans in fun filled, 40-minute sessions that teach the fundamental tenants of Taekwondo: Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control, and Indomitable Spirit, through a modified program designed for young minds and bodies. Students will learn punching, blocking, and kicking techniques, poomsae (forms), proper stances and how to control their young bodies.Classes are a structured and safe way for kids to burn energy while building coordination and critical motor skills. Many students in this class graduate into the beginner Taekwondo program, possessing the important basic skills necessary to succeed in that class at a young age.Monthly fee covers all monthly scheduled Little Dragons classes. There is also a one-time, $30 uniform fee. All colored belt promotion tests and earned belts are included.
