Join us for a captivating nature storytime celebrating diversity in the great outdoors! Our storytime features a book that highlights the beauty of nature and the richness of different cultures and backgrounds. Our story time will support an appreciation for nature and embrace the beauty of our diverse world. Through engaging stories and interactive activities, we'll discover how nature connects us all and learn about the importance of unity and respect for one another. Come explore many wonders and celebrate the joy of storytelling with us in this special nature-inspired gathering for all ages!May's Theme: Urban GardeningThis month’s story will explore the tools needed to create a garden, build community, and develop an appreciation for what you can grow with things you have at home. After reading, we will take time to appreciate what is growing around us and plan what is needed to start a garden in our own spaces.
Children must be registered and accompanied by an adult.
We will meet at the White Oak Shelter, which is the fifth right turn in the park (sign for White Oak Shelter at the turn). Sturdy, closed-toe shoes are recommended, and adults must actively participate with their child(ren).
