Come join Pierce County Parks and Recreation this fall for a 5-week series of outdoor cross country running led by experienced coach and former UW All-American, Anita Campbell. Our program will incorporate age-appropriate running workouts and games to help improve fitness, have fun, and prepare runners for a series of 3 Wednesday evening cross country races to put their hard work to the test. Our cross-country program is open to runners of all ability levels and is a great opportunity to learn more about the sport while enjoying one of the best running locations in Washington. Please send your runner with a pair of running shoes, athletic clothing, water bottle and a towel for ground exercises.
