Description
We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Thursday, March 28, 2024.
Grades K-5th. Join Maurice Archer as he teaches one of America's most popular and eye-catching forms of self-expression...breakdancing! In addition to improving muscle control and coordination, campers will gain confidence, listening skills, and self-awareness. They will be free to express themselves through movement in a safe, fun, disciplined, and friendly environment. Campers will also learn about hip hop culture and what it means to be a Bboy or Bgirl. Don’t miss this incredible opportunity to learn how to pop-n-lock with the best dance teacher around! Instructor: Maurice Archer, owner of A2Breakdance. Monday - Thursday. No Camp Friday, 3/29
IMPORTANT: If you register your child for both a morning camp and an afternoon camp, note that Rec & Ed staff will not be available to provide supervision between 12-1pm, so it will be necessary for you (or someone on your authorized pick-up list) to check your child out at 12pm and check them back in again at 1pm.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure your child's Rec & Ed Account is up to date!
Rec & Ed camps follow AAPS COVID & Health Guidance.
