No experience necessary for this Parent/Child gymnastics exploration that builds your gymnast’s coordination, motor skills and core strength. This Instructor lead class is Parent Hands-on Interaction to help your gymnast learn the principals of gymnastics. The use of select gymnastics equipment provides a fun, interesting and exciting learning environment for both parent and child. No class on Nov 27th.
