Beginner Level
This course will develop high comfort level in the water, readiness to swim and for those who are developmentally ready, teaching beginning swimming skills. This class focuses on Trust and Submersion, Body Position and Air Recovery, forward movement, direction change and endurance. These are all levels of Starfish Swim School. Intermediate Level
| Must be able to swim freestyle and backstroke for 15 yards to enroll. Students will improve current strokes and are introduced to breaststroke, butterfly and flip turns. This class focuses on Freestyle, Backstroke, Butterfly, Breaststroke and Endurance for all 4 competitive strokes, which is all levels of Starfish Stroke School.
