Begin with the fundamentals of Yoga. As a new student, you will gain a deeper connection to your body, learn to calm and focus your mind, and follow your breath into areas of challenge. Each week you will gain insights as to places to improve and feel slow and steady progress as your practice develops. Please call 816-584-0777 for further directions. *Please note that there is a set of stairs to get to the studio.
