Description: Gentle, slow movements in the warm water that promote elements of healthy aging and body awareness. Adults only. This class meets the balance -enhancing criteria developed by the Balance Keys Committee of Safe Communities of Madison-Dane County. Wednesdays 11-11:45am *Class participants must be able to enter and exit the pool independently.
