When you're pregnant or recently had a baby, there's nothing like a good stretch without all the effort and exhaustion. Our pre and post natal aquatic exercise program is designed to provide a safe and comfortable environment where expectant and new mothers can work towards their fitness goals. The water is perfect for a low impact mix of stretching, strengthening and light cardio, or just to enjoy being weightless.
