Okinawa Goju Ryu: A martial art of Okinawan origin with a full curriculum that includes locks, throws, kicks, punches, and takedowns.
Karate uniforms are not required, but nice to have. If uniforms are not purchased, students should wear comfortable clothing. Jeans and tennis shoes are not appropriate for any of the above activities. Beginners to Novice.
Starting Monday, August 2, 2021 masks are required for everyone ages 3 and older when inside any city building.Mask requirement includes during all indoor sports and all indoor activities– this includes wearing a mask while actively participating on the court in sports, during all classes, while working out on the fitness/cardio equipment and the walking track.
