This activity is closed to further registration.
Kids will learn basic boxing skills and conditioning exercises. Lessons will incorporate a variety of bodyweight and strength conditioning exercises along with cardiovascular and stretching related activities that will improve overall physical conditioning. Boxing gloves required.
