This activity is closed to further registration.
You must hold a currently valid American Red Cross Lifeguarding certification.
Prerequisites for the class are:
Continuously swim 300 yards using a combination front crawl and breaststroke
Tread water for 2 min using only legs
Complete a timed event:
-Swim 20 yards, surface dive up to 10 feet to retrieve a 10lb object, swim 20 yards on back to starting point while holding brick with both hands, exit water without using a ladder or steps.
This is a one day recertification class for American Red Cross certified lifeguards which includes lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid. You will need to provide proof of a current certification upon arrival. The certification lasts for two years from the date of completion.
