Regular physical activity is part of good health and well-being and works hand-in-hand with good nutrition.Healthy for Life is a FREE community based nutrition and well-being program created by Aramark and the American Heart Association that focuses on empowering people to make healthy food, nutrition, and lifestyle choices.
