This class will focus on strengthening your core muscles, as well as exercises to help strengthen technique with turns, leaps and other skills. Stretching is often overlooked. This class will allow dancers to be properly stretched out using exercises that ensure dancers are completely stretched before class. Attire: tight-fitted tops and shorts or leggings.Sub-Activities
